"Domus is run by greedy landlords who are unreasonable to work with. Charal Sills is a terrible community manager. They fail to fix things on time and recently installed a $300 door lock and thermostat but jacked the rental rate up $200 a month since it "now provides more value". They used the guise of a cheap "upgrade" to extract more money out of the tenants and raise the rents. Look elsewhere, they are an unethical and greedy operation."

"Going on my second year living here. Adding photos because I wanted these photos when I was looking at the reviews. The staff is amazing. Charal and Madison are so attentive. My dog loves the office treats and (daily) visits in the office as well as the dog park. Carmen, part of the staff is lovely and she is a pleasure to see around the complex. I had a maintenance emergency over a weekend and I felt so guilty calling in a maintenance staff member on a Saturday, but Herson came in and happily fixed the issue in a in a timely and professional manner. Every aspect of the Domus community is very enjoyable, and if it’s not, the staff does their best to fix it."

"Positives: great light from the large windows, full laminate flooring, high ceilings, secure garage parking, different from most other local apartments. Negatives: budget appliances, outdated/lack of modern amenities, lots of young people who don’t care about any of their neighbors, meaning noise, trash, dogs barking and peeing in the building, lots of trash everywhere due to valet trash. Building starting to show wear and tear. Management is nice and listens, but ineffective and almost never follows up. In a general sense: most apartments at this price point will have the same issues in Phoenix."
