"I was looking for an apartment asap and came across Ava north and south they made it really easy to move in and helped me get my apartment they responded accordingly and answered all the questions I had, and they are very friendly and helpful I like the newly renovated apartments I have not had a problem since I’ve been here and I recommend checking them out if your looking for a place"

"Ava North is infested with roaches. Had them spray 4 times and the problem persisted. Paul's corp keeps deposits weather the apartment was left in good clean order or not. The heat pump system breaks down on a regular basis. These are just a few problems that management seems to be unable to deal with."

"I lived in Ava South for 3 years. I decided not to renew due to the decline in management and services provided. Since I’ve moved in, the property has been sold to new owners 3 times! It used to be affordable and utilities included but since new ownership, my 1bdrm went from roughly $1100 to $1300 and now utilities are not included and tenants must pay for parking spots too and the lot is not even gated. The laundry room machines don’t wash properly, power goes out frequently. They’re remodeled but something always needs fixing and takes awhile to get fixed and recently maintenance and office employees don’t last either. Feels like blessing when you first move in but that feeling goes away real soon."

Claudia went above & beyond to help me & Aniyah was very helpful with any questions I had. Both ladies were very sweet, kind, & respectful with me. I can absolutely say i was not disappointed."
