"I had plumbing and ac issues on the same day! I am happy to say they were both taken care of the same day! Isabel is very professional, courteous and gets things done! I am pleased at this time!"
"The property is not maintained (garbage on grounds, outdoor lights out for days, dead and dying plants. The management is slow to respond and requires several followups to get things done. Online maintenance requests go unanswered. On site office is often closed for no reason Notices sent around requiring fees for services not listed or listed as free in the signed lease."
"Put in an application it went well in the beginning they answered once they received documents then 2 weeks go by no answer if we were approved or not. Go in the website by the third week and the homes been rented they need to work on sending out once someone is denied & or approved. really bad management on that end. I was told I would get an answer by someone if I was denied and or approved and I got neither. They didn’t verify anything with my job or rental history. waste of my time, I’m looking for a home to rent it would’ve been great if I got a “denial letter” or email just something within the few days I’m sure they had an “approval” already. i obviously put in more than one application to other homes/websites but imagine if I wouldn’t have. Please work on your COMMUNICATION towards email/calls."
"Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with for leasing. There was a miscommunication on the day I moved in. No one would answer my phone calls for me to get my keys to the place. When I moved out, my online account was deleted but now I'm being charged late fees for not paying when there was no correspondence that I owed anything until now (3 months later!)"
