Biltmore at Camelback Apartments

"My name is Pete and I am the FedEx driver for the Biltmore at camelback apartments. I have been delivering there for the past 3 years. The grounds are well kept and is a very clean complex. The whole staff has always made me feel like part of there family. Giovann and Yadira are very professional as the managers. Kaleb and Josh are always friendly and very professional too. When I run into Sonia and Demetria they always say hi and are very friendly. I have watched the whole staff interact with the tenants that live there and I will say I always see the tenants smiling when they leave the office. If I didn’t own a home I would definitely move into the complex and feel really at home cause that’s the way they make you feel."

"I came in to tour this property a few days ago! It is gorgeous. The amenities are a huge plus. The leasing person was very thorough & kind. Not to mention the property manager, Giovan, came out to greet me and even went out of her way to explain my lease options. Over all great welcoming experience."

"I was able to stay at the Biltmore, in the corporate guest suit, while visiting some friends for a few days. The gym had a great selection of machines and sitting out by the pool was relaxing. I went down to the main lobby to grab a coffee and talked with Giovann who was extremely helpful during my stay! Great area with lots to do around!"

"The Biltmore property was beautiful with several pool options. Our room was nice, recently done. Other pros: valet service (guys were great) and housekeeping. Con: bathtub looked like the original tub with scratches and marks. For someone who likes baths, they didn’t happen bc of the tub. While we were there a conference showed up. The place was absolutely crazy busy with people in suits everywhere. The hotel should have notified people looking to vacation during that time. We were told it’s the biggest, busiest conference of the year. The only other cons were the front desk and concierge. I asked the front desk about availability for an upcoming trip. Instead of looking she directed me to the website twice. There wasn’t anyone else in line but it was obvious going that small extra step wasn’t going to happen. Prior to staying here I was hoping for Four Seasons vibes. It wasn’t…other than valet and housekeeping."

"I went to visit a friend of mine at this property as I've been contemplating whether or not to move to a new area. My friend absolutely loves this property and the staff. I want to say thank you especially to Giovanni for giving me such a memorable tour of the place. I had such a good experience and she made me feel so welcome. I will definitely be coming "home" as soon as my lease is up! Thanks again!"
