District at Biltmore Apartments

"I love this community but was really disappointed in how the leasing office handles things. My car was broken into last night since the parking garage gate has been broken for months. I told the office and didn’t even get any empathy for the situation. Not even a “so sorry that happened on our property” nothing. Was just told the gate would be getting fixed next week. No reassurance of security patrolling the garage either. It is a bummer to feel like the leasing office doesn’t care for the residents. Just super disappointed. Even if there is nothing they could do at the moment to help the situation some reassurance and empathy goes a long way in customer service."

"Currently looking for a decently maintained, animal friendly community. Relocated from Jacksonville, FL and the area is exceptional for shopping and dining. Nearly everything in walking distance. But the horror stories of noise, unconcerned and even blatantly rude management is very disheartening. I understand that you cannot win them all, but for the prices asked, at least put forth great effort. To leave potential tenants waiting with no response is not a good look. Thank you, but I'll keep looking."

"The District at Biltmore is great place to live in convenience & luxury. I was able to get a 2bdrm appartment #360 with the gorgeous curved living room windows & wraparound balcony. The kitchen & bathroom cabinets are deep & plentiful holding double decker sliding trays❣️i see Camelback Mountain from every window. it still wow’s. The concierge service is responsive to tenents. Trash concierge pickup..a welcome plus. haven’t used the pool & exercise as much as i planned.. it’s going to be my focus this summer."

"I have lived at District at Biltmore for a year now and I have nothing negative to say. To start off, I moved from New York and signed my lease without touring. I was a little anxious because sometimes pictures can be deceiving. However, my expectations were not only met, but also exceeded. No surprises! The amenities are the best - the pool, rooftop area, and courtyard are beautiful. The front office staff are responsive and timely. All maintenance requests I have submitted have been addressed the next day. I have made this place my home for the last year and I am very sad to be leaving. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone - you will not be disappointed!"

"2 weeks into our lease and everything is phenomenal. Location is amazing and the amenities are spectacular. On the first floor, I’ve been surprised by how quiet the place is- you don’t hear other tenants and the view of the courtyard is very peaceful. Simpson Property has made the leasing process very easy and streamlined. DeEtte made the touring process very easy and has made the experience moving in very positive."
