Aspire Park Central

"I’ve lived at Aspire for about two months now and I no longer believe they deserve 5 stars. In the two months I’ve lived here there have been two entrances into my home without my consent or 48 hours notice. Both times were an “mistake” according to them but during this most recent entrance I was out of town and all my lights were left on the whole time I was gone. I also thought I was being robbed because the maintenance man brought his children with him to my apartment. They didn’t apologize to me or ask how they could compensate me for the damage, all I was told was it was a “mistake.” Luckily I have cameras but if you live here they might be going into your apartment whenever they want and doing only god knows what without you knowing. I don’t feel safe here anymore."

"Gocean came in and completed all the work orders that I submitted. I was pleased to have them working now and in great condition."

"I am getting ready to move into Aspire Park Central, and although there have been a few delays, Sierra has been there to help out. She has made time no matter what we have needed and she seems to always be available. Sierra is always so pleasant and I don’t think she knows how to get frustrated. She’s got a smile on her face and clearly wants to help out regardless of what it is. She has made the moving process, which is always a pain, much more bearable."

"This place is so nice! Sierra gave me an amazing tour on the first day and then Pablo was great during the move in process with getting the documents and everything! Gocean did four maintenance requests for me and he was fantastic. He always came within 24 hours of me submitting my request and if he said that he would come back he made sure he did. Overall very happy moving here!"
