"Paying too much for this experience. The main con of this place for me originally was the smell, which if I would’ve recognized when I visited I’d have never moved here. My main purpose for choosing this facility was the water- if I ever imagined I’d come out to every single fish dead in the lake, I obviously not have moved in. A beautiful part of my morning routine was going to the water and spending time there. Now I can’t even walk near it with the worst smell. So disappointed with my choice."

"Arista is a beautiful community. My two year at the community have been nothing but delightful. I have always felt safe and hear at the community, and have made great friends with many of my fellow residents. The amenities are gorgeous; as is the location. I love being able to so easily turn out onto the road. We are so close to main roads, but since we aren't directly on one, I don't have to worry about making left turns! The Living Room is a walk away, and is the perfect haunt for getting out and about. If I were not moving out of state, I have no doubt that I would have stayed with Arista for a long time. "We recently moved to this apartment and are pleased with our choice! We had a lot of options in Chandler, but this was the best choice. The management team at Arista is wonderful. Michael, Monica, and Jacob are very attentive - they have addressed my (many) questions and made the move-in transition easier. It is quiet, clean, and very walkable to nearby restaurants and businesses. You can’t beat the location and we love that it is secured access to the buildings and gated, which makes it stand out from other apartments in Chandler."
