"Just don't do it!! I'm a millennial I've lived a lot of places in my life I move around a lot, this has to have been the absolute worst place I've ever lived. First few weeks: You're told that there would be a modem router in your unit and you could connect, I work from home and needed there to be internet right away. There was no modem router in my unit and they were no help in getting me one. I had to go to Cox and rent my own. They will only show you the model apartment, and tell you that the other apartment looks just like this one, but it doesn't. At first glance the apartments look rather nice, they have stainless steel appliances etc. But take a detailed closer look, they do just enough to distract you, but when you start living there you see how bad it really is. Months to follow: Water gets turned off all the time, sometimes with no notice. It was to the point where it was every few weeks the water was getting shut off. They never inputted my gate code, and the gate breaks all the time. They say the complex is secure but the walking gates never lock and bums are all over all the time.. there's absolutely no parking for your guests let alone enough parking for the renters. There's always dog poop all over the grass, and then the sprinklers come on. The place is absolutely infested with cockroaches. And I keep a pretty damn clean house you'll see in the photos that they don't seal anything and they crawl in the cracks in the cabinets, the cracks in the baseboard, the lack of a seal on the front door, the windows that are probably 30 40 years old and don't seal and let cold air in all winter and AC out all summer and bugs year round. They resurface the showers so when you are using them this tub is peeling, you can see air bubbles in the seals. The drains are absolutely disgusted and rusted out. General info: This place is super poorly mismanaged. Angelina and the office has no idea what she's doing, can't answer simple questions. Never calls you back never emails you back this place is super hard to get a hold of. They couldn't even tell me what my rent was due after they discontinued the online portal when they got bought out. I gave two and a half months notice and they still continue to bill me as if I'm still living there and I have moved out. I'm worried for my credit because they won't seem to go in and fix my account because I moved out when my lease expired after two and a half months and notice. No one is emailing me or calling me back. I live on the opposite end of town now in East Mesa. I have no idea what remaining balance I I have do for you utilities. I have no idea how I'm going to get my security deposit back. Both of our smoke detectors started malfunctioning, maintenance came out and decided to turn them off and that they would be back to replace them. In the meantime the property management company switched and the maintenance portal was down, so I sent a several maintenance requests to the email provided to us for temporary maintenance requests and nobody got back to me. I called the office emailed the office several times stopped into the office and talked to Angelina directly and told her that my smoke alarms were both off leaving me no smoke alarms in the entire apartment. I even stopped in and talked to the lady who works on the weekends and told her that I haven't had working smoke detectors and over two months now. Nobody ever fixed the smoke detectors even on the day I moved out they were still broken. One of the irrigation heads broke off and they let it go unrepaired for 2 and 1/2 days, flooded the parking lot for 2 and 1/2 days, and then turned around and billed the residents for all that water that leaked, our utility bills were high that month. All they had to do was turn off the irrigation until they repaired it, but management is so bad they don't walk the grounds of the property ever. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration and do not move here"

"Do you like having water come out of your faucets reliably? Do you like communication about when you will have water shut off in your building? If your answer is yes then DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am BEYOND frustrated with this complex and the lack of BASIC COMMUNICATION about VERY BASIC NECESSITIES LIKE WATER AVAILABILITY. I understand renovations happen and are necessary but the lack of awareness about when and how frequently the availability of water to my own apartment that I pay 1600+ a month for is RIDICULOUS. When asked if I can have a warning, the answer is a shrug. Really? How can you expect a tenant to not be upset? Save yourself from high blood pressure and headaches pick another apartment complex."

"Just awful all around. This place is not renovated they just painted everything white, including the bathtub which is impossible to keep clean. They sprayed toxic chemicals and didnt alert me, i have a newborn baby. Complete disregard for the tenants. Steer clear, you will regret it as I have. Contacted them so many times with no help. Even their responses back on these reviews is a joke. Don't even bother replying connect on union, you're not in connect with anyone!"

"Do not move here. Would give it 0 stars if possible. Laundry room is always out of order, pools always closed. Appliances dont work, clubhouse is a joke, work out room is the size of a closet. The walls are so paper thin you can hear hear full conversations, rain comes through the window, they dont tell you when they use harsh chemicals. Someone always parks in your spot and the office is the only one that can call the tow company during business hours. The sad part is I could keep going. Just do yourself a favor and pick a different place. There is way better stuff out there for these prices."

"My first experience,visiting Connect on Union which was about 6 months ago was absolutely great. Anna was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable,after all I would have not returned for my second visit 6 months later ,I love the beautiful well manicured landscaped property just stunning how walking through the grounds ,you feel as if you just visited The Phoenix Home and Garden expo. Anna remembered me and I felt we had been friends for years,she is very professional,and welcoming,she went above and beyond in assisting me through my application process. You get the impression this charming individual really enjoys her profession,she definitely wears her smile with pride . Only if other rental properties had more Anna's inviting them to tour with her genuine smile and professional knowledge ,you all would feel the way I did with an outstanding experience."
