Sunset Terrace Apartments

"I reviewed these apartments a few years back when Mariana was the Manager. I was extremely pleased and gave a rating of 5 stars. Unfortunately Erica, her replacement was definitely not up to the task. The present manager Seferina is a breath of fresh air. Her and Vincent have restored and actually surpassed my previous rating. Their professionalism and treating people with dignity in a time when society seems to act "toxic" and demeaning someone is the rule of the day is greatly appreciated. We all know times are hard economically on many these days, but we are all human and mortal. According to the man that opened the first "Sushi" restaurant, a little compassion ain't such of a bad thing."

"I’ve been at sunset terrace for a year and plan on renewing my lease for another year . Seferina the property manager has been very kind and helpful. Maintenance guy Vincent is always quick when it comes to work orders and keeping the property clean. They make being here enjoyable."
