"Lived here over 3 years and nothing ever gets fixed in timely manner. Both pools and hot tubs have been closed since July! That’s over 7 months!!!!!!!! I have had a water faucet on outside by my entrance running nonstop for over 2 years. Also I put in request for hot water heater to be replaced before it leaks out completely from rusted bottom. That was in July also. Dead trees everywhere. Not sure if it is section 8 but I’m guessing that’s what they are trying for."

"This apartment has been great for me! The location is wonderful being right off the highway. Annalisa is always pleasant and seems to have great rapport with the other residents as well!"

"If you want to overpay for a roach infested, run down, apartment w a non existent maintenance team and front office that doesn’t resolve issues then this is the place for you. I’ve had the simplest work orders that have been out for MONTHS and never been fixed (my AC runs 24 hours a day at 80 degrees because of the lack of weather stripping and cracks through all windows and doors). I’ve had to call out of work multiple days for the water being shut off at the entire complex and maintenance only working during typical 8-4 business hours (select days of the week). Theres broken walls and fixtures, painted over mold and water damage, dirt (I hope) stained flooring. I’ve made hundreds of calls and spoke with the Property Manager that has helped in no way. Regardless of how spotless and clean you keep your unit roaches will inevitably come and the offices resolution to that is to “put you on the pest control list” every month which again, does nothing. They’ve been here 4+ times since living here for about 5 months and it’s NOT WORKING. Trash is consistently all over the complex. It’s actually a joke and completely unprofessional but make sure you have your money every 1st. You can reach out to the property owners, dial every number they have, send as many complaints as you want and it’ll get you absolutely no where."

"Update: on my original review: The leasing staff has been attentive, and helpful, grounds are cleaner. I do still have small outstanding work orders from a coupling months ago, like air filters and some doors needed to be fixed but besides those few complaints nothing major. Things have seemed to settle down and normalize. I would give this place a few more stars. I would not recommend living here. The only thing I enjoy about this complex is the location is close to the freeway. I have lived here since July and have had issues since the beginning. The reviews are true, maintenance takes forever to fix things. The only thing they do on time is collect rent. This place is not suitable for residents, they lack proper staffing, customer service, follow through, attention to detail and honesty in the words of my roommate, “they should not be adding new residents when they can’t take care of the ones they already have.” This place can be good but it needs a lot of work. Here are just some of our issues we have had 1. Before moving in I was trying to call and made multiple attempts to the office so that I could either have access to the residence portal to pay and could not get through. Red flag 1 2. Our unit was not properly cleaned nor when we moved in, we also had broken cabinets, drawers, leaks, My bathroom drain was clogged from a previous clients hair. We moved in July and the AC had not been turned on. 3. We waited over a month for our dryer to get fixed. We were told they were waiting on a part and couldn’t swap it out or replace it until the part came due to protocol. 4. we we’re wrongly charged even though we provided proof of renters insurance, I called and went up to the office multiple times. The price that we agreed to in our rent was different than the rent price on our bill, we were told the “taxes were not included” 5. Our washer machine still leaks and we were told it is normal, we should be concerned if it doesn’t. 6. There were other grievances like not having access to mail, having to pay the apartment fees for locker pickup for your mail and packages, and having to pay the locker app as well. We had to go to the post office for awhile to pick up our mail, outages, there just seems to always be something with this property. Honestly this place is made of cheap materials that break often and take forever to fix. The residents who have lived here are not disgruntled, the reviews are true"
