"I was living in these apartments for about 1 year. At first everything was going well until we started getting sick. We made several complaints to the office about humidity in our apartment, but they never did a good check of the apartment. During that almost year my children developed moderate persistent asthma, and when they took the allergy test it came out that they were reacting to fungi. I literally spoke in the office and notified them that I had to leave that apartment, they never relocated me to another apartment so I had to move. However I want after damaging my life for about 1 year, however I want they charged me for the two months to leave the apartment and I found out through a collection agency."

"As others have stated, use extreme caution before signing a lease here. The amenities and grounds are nice enough, but that is the end of anything appealing about this place. Management is the worst I have experienced in my leasing history. The grounds have been in serious decline since being taken over a few years ago. Most of the staff is apathetic or not knowledgable (in their defense, turnover is pretty heavy, which really is a management problem). And I hate how mean this sounds, but I feel the quality of tenant has declined massively since I started renting here. Tenants don't care about being decent neighbors, and it is exacerbated by managements complete ignorance. Take the negative reviews to heart; most the people that have written positive reviews have only lived here for a month or two. Take it from the folks that have been here a few years, don't move in to Almeria, there are plenty of other places with better reviews."

"Worst experience ever renting! Do not move here. Look at all the other negative comments, it’s not just me. Management is new with frequent change of management. Lost documents due to frequent change of managment, cost me thousands of dollars. Terrible experience moving out. Look at all the recent negative reviews before you consider this as a place to call home. The amenities are frequently closed, dog poop all over the sidewalks and grass. Take a close look for yourself before you consider this place. Many other better options exist. I’ve lived in other “luxury” apartments, this is not one of them. If I could leave a zero, I would."

The amenities are top-notch, and the overall experience has been excellent. Special thanks to Angelica, the manager, who is always with a great attitude to help."

"I am writing this review for and about Rebecca (Becca). Although I did not reside at this complex, I had the pleasure of working closely with Becca during my search for a place. I sincerely wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Becca is diligent, professional, patient, warm, and welcoming. She dedicated her time to thoroughly review every floor plan, discussing aesthetics and costs with unwavering patience. Not once did she express annoyance. Becca possesses exceptional people skills and is genuinely personable. Despite the location being ideal, the stairs were not suitable for me and my elderly mom. However, because of Becca's amazing assistance, I considered it and even paid the application fee! Although I ultimately found another complex more suitable for an elderly person, I felt compelled to leave this review because Becca truly deserves every bit of praise. I have never felt so welcomed and heard. Kudos to Becca for making the experience memorable and positive. Highly recommend Becca if you are considering leasing at this facility."
