"In my opinion, this new management is really going to need to tighten up in a few core areas, but the main ones are: 1- Cleanliness/ protocols on cleanliness- grounds keeping is nonexistent at this point, we have tenants that are leaving garbage bags sprawled out on the courtyard on a nightly basis. This is unacceptable. 2- Pest Control- Since management has decided that keeping up the grounds, and enforcing cleanliness isn't in their best interest right now, they're going need to start doing regular pest control. With people trashing the place, and non-tenants overloading those dumpsters, you're just asking for the same rodent problems we were having back in 2019-2020. 3-These kids are too rowdy: Throwing rocks at windows, throwing balls at windows, even throwing other kids at windows... it's too much at this point.. This isn't a simple " kids will be kids" situation. I saw one of them throwing rocks up to second floor, tenant came out and asked them to stop..... and what does this kid do?... kept on throwing rocks. It's not just an annoyance, there's a good chance those kids can really injure themselves. Every other day I heard some small child screaming because they fell on, or were thrown, on the concrete by another kid. This needs to stop. I really like living in this area, just please fix this stuff...."

"Roshaunda the property manager is the best! She goes above and beyond to keep the property clean and safe. She ensures maintenance work gets handled in a timely manner. I've never had an issue or concern that she has not effectively solved in a timely manner. She cares about her tenants and their homes and for that it is a blessing to have her!"

"Within my 2 years of staying here Roshaunda the office manager has been AMAZING! Her personality alone is more personable than any other property I have ever stayed at. You can tell she actually cares about her residents! Sad to leave, however I am moving out of stuck and wish I could have Roshaunda mange that property. Lol Whenever you have any concerns she will be sure to address them in a timely manner. Anything I’ve ever had to put a work order in for was completely efficiently."

"My wife and I moved in September and we never expected such a caring and understanding landlord such as Roshaunda. She is kind , cordial and very understanding. She will communicate and listen to whatever your issue is and do what she can to try and help. Communication is key with her and she listens. The grounds are kept up , we are constantly being updated on happenings with the complex and our renovated apartment is an unexpected surprise when you arrive. Very spacious and feels like a real home. This is an awesome area in the Melrose District with shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a great place to call home please consider stopping by."

"I totally lucked out upon moving here!! Our property manager Roshaunda is the absolute best. Repairs were handled swiftly, timely and no headaches. She is also very motherly over the property she wants it clean and safe no exceptions and I like that. She is firm but very compassionate."
