Ocotillo Apartments

"I speak for myself and personally this isn't my idea of a place I wanted to call home... I lived here for 3 years now and it's just time for me to move on to bigger and better things in my life... BUT:the staff here has been good to me and Roy is easy to work with ... Maintenance work has been a good process the workers seem to be on top of things and easy to work with even though they speak no English but would be helpful to the tenants for communication purposes ... For such a BIG complex it's very quiet here... Place is very clean and some apartments come furnished and some come unfurnished it's worth paying a little extra to get the apartment refurbished and to me it was worth the extra money to get my apartment refurbished... The landscaping is very well kept up here... But:I think they need to put trash cans by the mail boxes for all extra mail garbage people don't want... And there's NO going out mail boxes so you'll have to find a place to take your mail and send it off there... Good luck to any new tenants... "My son recently moved out of these apartments and he worked very hard to make sure apartment was very clean and any repairs were made. Roy came to do a walk through upon leaving and hardly said a word and just took pictures. My son was hoping to get his deposit back but recently received a letter stating that he owed $1200 on top of the original deposit for things that had nothing to do with his stay there. Stay away from these apartments. It's sad that they take advantage of people this way!"

"I have lived here for 3 years. During that time, we have had a revolving door of management. I just found out today that the new owners fired the entire office and maintenance staff. Don't even get me started on the pest control issues and the fact that they let anyone move in. There have been a lot of issues with drugs and break-ins too. Several vehicles have been vandalized and the police despise coming to this complex. If I could give a negative star review, I would."

"I have really enjoyed living here! I've been living here since December 2017, the office staff is very helpful and friendly! Josefina in the front office is always on top of things and always so very nice. I've hardly ever had to call for maintenance since I've been here, and when I do they are always on top of it!"

"I love living here ! The apartment is perfect and I am very happy to live in such a great apartment complex. The staff is super friendly and amazing person and as well as the manager. The environment is very nice and the areas are kept clean always. I have been living here for almost a year and I didn't have had any issues at all . They make sure that everyone is happy with their place and safe. And I personally want thank them for doing such an awesome job."
