"Couldn’t you guys at least send an email about shutting off water before actually shutting it off…"
"I moved in almost 2 weeks ago and everything has been awesome. When I first pulled up with the U-Haul there was a neighbor moving out so I took the opportunity to ask her opinion on the complex and see why she was moving. She let me know she’s been living at Bridge lane for 6 years and the only reason for moving is because she met someone, fell in love, and decided to move in with him. The application process was so simple and fast. Esther and Hugh in the office were amazing keeping contact with me and getting needed paper work done so I could move next day. The apartment itself is very spacious and nice. LOVE the storage space! Living in an apartment I’m always nervous of bugs but haven’t seen one and everything’s very clean. I have two young boys that are obsessed with the huge gated court and get to play their energy out every night. The last 2 weeks have been a breath of fresh air!"
"Not only that they never answer the phone or emails, their office is always closed. After a month trying to get a hold of them, they finally gave us a quote that would be valid for 2 days, the very same day I filed the application and made the payment according to the quote, and 4 days later they suddenly said that they were fully leased out and returned our payment with a NSF remark while we had the amount needed for the payment in our bank account. Very very disappointing. Can't say enough! Edit: They reached back to us and processed our paperwork. We are happy now that we moved in to the apartment. It’s nice and quiet, so peaceful. We would like to thank the apartment management team, especially Esther and Audrey. There are a few things that we are still having problems with, hopefully they can help fixing them."
"First:FREE AC IS THE BEST!!!! 65 ALL SUMMER LONG IN MY APARTMENT!!!, I have lived here almost a year now and it has been THE BEST!! Staff are amazing and nice, apartment complex is clean and colorful, never had an issue with noise from neighbors ether! VERY quiet complex with little traffic. Located off the main road so a little hidden but a GREAT apartment complex. Also FREE AC IS HUGE BENAFIT I was able to keep my apartment at 65 ALL SUMMER and my electricity bill was only $50 MAX!!!"
"Part 2 of My Review - with what I asked. The office manager at the complex, Esther, did say that they being benevolent by not having me pay the late fees from April. Oh, I should consider myself so lucky that they are giving me a break on something that I shouldn't have had to deal with anyway. Aren't they so despotic in a way? Moving along here, I get a call from the office two weeks ago asking if I was going to get my five day notice to pay. I told the office lady that I had paid on Saturday and she had asked if it was for April or May much to my dismay. I then advised her that it was for April and that I was not going to pay for May because I didn't live there in for the month and that I had discussed it with Kevin. She was dismissive and had went right into, "well, you're just going to get evicted". Again, more fear and intimidation. So I proceed to get call Kevin again and leave a voicemail for the second time. When I had tried to reach him prior to this when the treatment was almost over, asking for the historical records of pest control for my apartment, given that I know it has been an ongoing problem (I mean, just look at the reviews all around the web about these guys) also, not to mention because he told me that he was going to get them and give me access to them. This is not a mass conspiracy, this is an actual issue that refuses to be acknowledged by those who are responsible. In my second voicemail I had asked him why I was dealing with this given I had voiced my concerns and voiced my suggestion as far as a credit due to the mistreatment of everything as a whole and in hopes that he would FINALLY do what's right and take care of it. But no, instead I get eviction court papers served on me where I have to go in front of a judge to explain the continuing mistreatment and disregard of responsibilities and why I am not allowing myself to be taken advantage of and willingly paying for this type of treatment. They know what the truth is. There's what's right and there's what's right and in the middle the two shall meet. So this is not without them knowing who they are and what type of establishment they run there. I am doing this for everyone who has lived here and had to put up with the treatment and for anyone who will be here in the future in hopes that it will change for the better. Because the renovations that they are doing will not cover the underlying issue of them being dismissive and authoritative to those that ensure that they have apartments to manage in the first place."
