"Stay away from this apartment complex if you are looking for a place to move. Management doesn't care about you. A friend of mine stayed all summer without a working AC. She had kids and a 6 months old baby and had to be hospitalized at one point due to the summer heat. AC was not working, and it was reported to management who did nothing about the situation. Management acted after they received a letter from my friends doctor."

"Was there to pick someone up. The security was very rude, I asked him to stop flashing the light in my car. Cause it causes seizures and he kept rapidly flashing it in my car. he was Intoxicated, he was drinking with a group of guys in the parking Lot. all he had to do was talk calmly he is on a power trip."

"I was there as a visitor to pick up my coworker, after parking and walking to my friends apartment I returned to my vehicle to find a group of men sitting on the hood of my CTS-V. I disarmed my alarm and asked the gentlemen to relocate off my vehicle hood and their response in Spanish was belligerent aggressive and quite rude. Be careful if you do not live in this location, and make sure to lock and secure your vehicle."

"Have been lived in this apartment for about four years and have some pros and cons to say here Starting from positive Pros - Nice place to chat with kids if you like that, families won't lock them up and kids are everywhere in the compound running here and there freely - The AC is fantastic, a good scape for the brutal AZ summer. Never seen anyone complaining about AC here - The manager is nice, she always try to make things better for residents Negative side/cons - The compound has no green area and it's all gravel and rocks, not nice - The compound is also dirty. People just throw trashes everywhere - The laundry and mail box areas smell bad. The mailbox area get flooded and also has mud - the apartment inside are deteriorating, some leaking water - Kids running on Street and makes driving difficult, especially on weekends and evenings hours - All two dumpster which are filled with trashes, I think they get more recently - lease are month to month so they increase rent frequently - The apartment has no gates on one side, it is off I-17 frontage road and thus a lot of homeless people wondering in and out all-night. There is also a canal on the south side, not safe at all"

"This place used to be clean and well maintained. There's used to be trees and grass everywhere. Now it's just rocks everywhere even at the pool. The playground is a joke, full of rocks and not safe to have kids playing on it. We have been here enough to see lots of people come and go or evicted. These apartments are infested with Bed bugs and management does little or nothing to remove them. Week after week you can see people trowing away their good furniture cause it's infested with bed bugs. I myself had to trowing away my entire bed after a month of being here, we explained the management and showed proof and have not gotten any help. Please save ur money and furniture don't rent here. You have been warned."
