"Ready to move in and place trashed. Took my money and gave me key to find maintenance still working paint everywhere. I have movers ready. Second day they called and said housekeeping cleaned up. Went back hoping and praying ready and what do u find front entry big stains two blinds in bedroom missing. Handle fell off ovenovenovenwhen trying to see if clean"

"DO NOT sign the lease here or even think about it. I never leave reviews, but people should know how bad this complex is. They say its gated community whatsoever their security SUCKS. Random people coming in and out through that gate and my car was broken into. Vehicle theft is apparently common here in this complex and management says that they are not liable for tenant's security. Loud community and constant fights. So many cockroaches and when I moved in interiors were already damaged. Water leaking constantly in the bathroom. The absence of adequate safety measures, ongoing disturbances including frequent fight and noises, as well as intermittent lack of hot water supply are significant concerns here. If you want to avoid this RUN from this complex."

"The move in experience was through and quick. Melissa did an awesome job showing me apartments and walk throughs around the apartment premises. The office staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Melissa got me approved in less then 2 days. Great experience at Mission Springs!"

"Latosha Majors was amazing!!! I came in looking for a new place I could call home and she welcomed me as if we had known each other our whole life with her southern hospitality. I was very pleased with the assistance I received! It had to be one of the best experiences I’ve had while looking at apartments, the complex was clean and organized almost as if maintenance lives on site! Fitness center was very maintained, the pool was clean, on top of that there’s even a hot tub even though it’s Arizona! The unit I was shown I loved it! The floor plan was well put together. I can see myself making this complex my home for the next few years."

"Best place in Tempe/Guadalupe area. The apartments are amazing and pretty spacious for one bedroom & especially with the price tag, you can tell they put a lot into the community as a whole. Melissa as well as the whole front office made my transition extremely easy, I couldn’t ask for better help from them. They have a beekeeping station right by the front office and even do classes for wax candles and honey. I can’t wait to move in and make it home!!"
