"What is it with these former hotels turned into apartments that management don't want to keep up? This location for me is perfect. The price is not the best. But it's workable. However, upon visiting the property, I have realized that this is just not somewhere that I would stay for free let alone pay money to be."
"Visit during the weekends and night times to get a realistic experience of what it will be like to live here random people stay out drinking and partying till 4 or 5 am and creating messes in the public areas The listing prices are not accurate add about 200 more for fees for a hotel room that was turned into an apartment For some reason the pool laundry and gym are public access from till 9pm ? No more keys required anyone that isn't paying rent has public access now that's led to the homeless helping themselves to amenities. And $1500+ for the small one bedroom an example of size will be a small extended stay motel sized room. ask to see the apartment room available and the apartment number you will be getting before you sign up and ask for all the fees and monthly rate as well the listing is different than actual rate and the show apartment is different than the apartment they offer."
"Horrible Apartment. Drug addicts run around, and the police is always getting called. It's an uncomfortable place to be, especially when your life is put in danger. There was a huge leakage coming from the ceiling and it has taken them almost two weeks to fix the issue. They cut out big pieces out of the ceiling twice within the past couple of weeks. The water coming down from the ceiling has gotten much worse as the water started seeping into the electrical systems of the apartment. Now they want to evict because the apartment manager cannot handle the responsibility of our request for a month free rent, after the heavy leakage from the ceiling caused water to literally rain down into the apartment's kitchen- legitimately putting human lives in danger. An air fryer, and a rice cooker was ruined as well. There is also mold growing in the ceiling. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartment manager, Carmen is also trying to place blame on the tenant for the mess, by saying that the reason she wants him evicted is because of noise complaints (highly inaccurate). Instead of addressing the issue and having empathy for the situation, she would rather evict. After the apartment manager visited the apartment, she was RUDE and also had the nerve to try to blame a mess that was scattered outside the apartment on the tenant himself- he did not make this mess of trash. This is quite the case of poor leadership and horrible management skills."
