"I’ve never had any issues until recently. I’m a single mom who gets off work pretty late. I asked if I can move my parking spot closer to my apartment and was immediately shut down. I explained how dangerous it was for me to be far from my apartment late at night with a child and still was denied, theirs plenty of parking spots in front of my building. I’m pretty disappointed with this. I’ve had no issues up until then…. Very unfortunate"

"I came from a pretty sub-standard living situation at my former apartment complex. After being there about 2 weeks I needed a new place.. quick! Coming to Rise Suncrest was the best decision I made this year. The staff is friendly, things get done ✔️ in a timely manner. Alicia and Aaliyah were great! And they addressed all my questions and concerns with great care and respect. I love the unit I moved into. Everything is new, and works great. I just had one minor maintenance issue that wasn’t a big deal but it got fixed right away. I was so used to getting the run around for everything at my previous apartment that when I came here to Rise Suncrest, it was like a breath of fresh air. Five stars in my opinion. And I’m not easy to please :-)"

"I lost count how many years I have lived here, but since this new company took over and we went from La Serena to Rise Suncrest; we have improved immensely. Everything was upgraded. New paint, new fitness center, upgraded pool area and office and upgrades in the apartments. Prices raised, but it has been worth all of the upgrades and the apartment staff is very nice. Friendly and courteous and prompt with maintenance requests are just a few awesome additions. We also have apartment events such as food trucks and get togethers. I recommend this community to anyone. It is smaller and a quiet community verses the huge communities and all that comes with those. Come visit and possibly find your new place to call home. :)"
