San Paseo

"I must give a BIG SHOUT OUT to AMAMDA on the San Paseo management team for taking the extra time to making my life easier yesterday!  Trust me, that's not a simple task.  I can be pretty tough to take at times LMAO Hey we've all been there, so at least you know I'm honest, transparent and truthful. Therefore, my review is all those things and absolutely 100% accurate. AMAMDA was able to answer all of my lease questions and  took it all in stride when I was not a happy camper and even when it probably seems like I'd  kill the messenger. By the end of hardest version, she did help me find the best possible option which saved me money and a lot more gray hairs. We were even joking and laughing a bit. Kudos to her customer service talents! If I had a business right now I would poach her to work for me. I hope her boss reads this and gives her a big raise! Not everybody that deals with the public and customer service aspects does a good job. I've been hung up before on the phone because they're incompetent or mean. Hold on to Amanda because she is definitely an asset to the Mark Taylor team!"

"Ok, so I left San Paseo for a non MT property and I have to say that I am wrong. MT does have better amenities than other places and also better fixtures in their apartments. Even though I am still not a huge fan of the "hybrid" office situation, perhaps with some more time, it will improve. I did make a suggestion to MT that perhaps they should put a message and email that states "no one can take your call right now, but we will be sure to respond within 24 hours." Something along those lines. Also, more and more complexes are going to hybrid as well. This being said, I am sorry for such a negative review earlier."

"Do not live here.The gate is always broken, cars get broken into, management is non existent. And you should just fix your own maintenance issues because they never come. Please find a better cheaper property."

"I have been a resident at San Paseo for over a month now & I must say it is a very beautiful & pleasant place to live. The landscaping is lush & visually well designed with real grass which my puppy loves to walk on. The environment here is quiet, clean & exceptionally well kept. My apartment is spacious with a wonderfully large kitchen overlooking a living room & a lovely outside patio with views of the lush green landscaping. Their Resident Portal provides links to maintenance needs for residents to request repairs, a section with bill pay details for each resident's account, a personal delivery service for packages to be handed to residents on their schedule & so many more services. Since renting an apartment was completely new for me I have fully relied on Daniel, who is an exceptionally helpful & smart employee for the Mark Taylor Company because he is so patient, understanding & knowledgeable. He's answered all of my many questions so I can become acquainted with everything here. Daniel has also been such a great help in alleviating a lot of the stress that's involved with moving because he is genuinely concerned & determined to provide any information on the apartments, the Residential Portal or the complex that residents need so we can relax & enjoy all the many amenities here at San Paseo. I am so grateful for Daniel. San Paseo are truly Luxury Apartments!"

"Not worth the rent as for "Luxury Apartment" That is a matter of oppinion. The place stinks like raw sewage espicially in the summer. You have to hold your breath when going to the carport. Noisy road traffic and tenants. If you like smoking weed that the place for you. If you break your lease even if it out of your control, no sympathy, pay up. If you faced with that dilemma, do what I did. Kept some of my stuff in the apartment, and had friends collect it when my lease was over so that they did not release and make double rent."
