"The cats are an issue. They smell and make all kinds of noise at night, but that is not my big issue. The place has a tow truck company that is predatory and is constantly scoping the parking lot for vehicles to pickup. First time you forget to update your information 30 minutes after parking your vehicle is towed. An Uber and $175 to pick up your ride."

"Showed us a good apartment and did the old bait and switch. The floors are not carpeted even upstairs and noise travels easily. Had many horrible upstairs neighbors with kids that run all day long in there apartments. Managers would do nothing even got on us for tapping on the ceiling when kids were running and slamming. These apartments are just HORRIBLE save yourself some sanity and move elsewhere."

"Cats on the property and pet feces everywhere. First week of moving in my truck was broken into twice. Let's not forget to mention the critters and roaches. Misplace paperwork with lease agreements from office staff. Very unsafe living environment for the working class. I would also add there are security cameras on the property only protecting and securing the main gate. With a gate access code that's never changed surrounding neighborhood kids roam the property freely. Older appliances my refrigerator went out at least four times and no replacement. If you have kids please steer clear of this place. A lot of homelessness pilfering through dumpsters and drug activity on the premises."

"If I could -2 * that I have to give to the put this post through I would I do not recommend this place. It's all smiles until you move in yes they do maintain the minute you have a repair but if you look deeper and leakage my bathroom ceiling came in the first month due to leakage in a plumbing upstairs the water damage Behind the Walls cause health problems for me the infestation of problems due to the cats that are allowed to be abandoned and it's not the poor cats fault I was able to neuter two of them and take one with me. The poor animals are abandoned complex expect you to suffer with the cats while they suffer on your back patio on your furniture watch that animals die that's how cold hearted the management in this complex sentence. My door had been be broken in twice the only family they have on the front gate which sometimes works and the mailbox which mine was damn every single time I try to get into it. They do have an infestation problem it does nice it's very aesthetic for the area it is one of the better places to live but it's over now still not very safe and again the management will smile ear-to-ear when you arrive and when you rent the next smile quickly disappears and becomes extremely fake if any animal I don't recommend this place there was some horned disgusting substance seeping into my kitchen cupboard from above management looked at it maintenance work at it and said it's from my cooking yet I hadn't cooked and it was on the other side of the kitchen also what looks fine on the surface dig a Little Deeper because they paint over everything they paint heavily over everything it starts falling apart quickly everything breaks closet doors door knobs everything starts breaking doors locks you name it it breaks"

"Everything was fine when we first moved in. The management is nice, no complaints there. The problem is when you have a noisy person above you with no care about the people below them. The last 6 months have been hell. Not to mention all the kids that play right in front of your door and kick soccer balls into your Windows. Cameras are only at the gate and mailbox so that doesn't help when your car gets broken into. Gate is broken half the time. You pay a lot for a little bit nicer apartments but not worth it when you include the neighborhood."
