"UPDATE 3/18/2024 There is still NO parking at this complex. Finally broke down and decided to cough up the extra $200 a month for a garage. Guess what????? WAIT LIST FOR A GARAGE!!! Proves management has an apparent parking situation they cannot properly address. DO NOT RENT HERE, they say they our comfort and satisfaction is their top priority. This proved their mission statement WRONG! How about explaining how you can allow the water be turned off for the ENTIRE COMPLEX FOR DAYS! You didn't answer the phones, and changed your office schedule during that time. COWARDS. And offer nothing in return. How is that keeping our comfort and satistaction a priority? Clowns are managing this place. Original review: The apartments can be the best in the world, but completely pointless if there is nowhere to park to be able to get to them. The parking situation is absolutely awful. Pay all that money for rent and to have to scour the entire property for a parking spout is a complete waste of time daily. The gates are constantly left open, I can understand weekends being bad but every day you have to spend at least 20 minutes driving every inch of the property and pray you find a spot. Management doesn’t care and offers no parking alternatives without having to pay another $200 a month for a garage space. You will have to park off property on private businesses risking getting towed and will be harassed by the large homeless population. Suggest you don’t rent here or listed to the sales pitch and lies of management"

"I want to point out all these reviews below appear to be within the last month. That is because it’s a little perk they are pushing to give them a rating. Unfortunately I did not read the real reviews until after I set up my tour. I set up a online tour and when I arrived the office staff was extremely rude. I’m not sure of the girl’s name but she has a bad lip job and sits to the left of the door. She told me she didn’t have time to show me an apartment. When I told her I booked online she finally agreed. The entire time on the tour she was rude and basically told me If I didn’t rent immediately there would be none available in a week. Bottom line the way she spoke to me and other people coming into the office was like she was better than everyone and could not be bothered. She did not show me any of the amenities just pointed in the direction of them and told me she had plans and needed to be on time! Horrible 1st impression, horrible office staff is just a future glimpse at what leasing there would be like."

"Been a resident for a while, and absolutely love it. The managers in the front office were so helpful when first moving in, and they are very kind and compassionate. Then even ask about my puppy every once in a while to check in. Never received that type of treatment from property managers throughout my tenure in Phoenix. The neighbors are friendly and the grounds are always kept beautifully. There’s always parking available for visiting guests, and our maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I really enjoy the area, and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an awesome place to live."

"I just renewed my lease for the 2nd year and have enjoyed my time living at the palms. I think the apartments are perfect for what we need, nice and updated inside. Anytime we’ve had a maintenance issue the guys are quick to fix it! My only issue over the last year was that the water bill kept increasing from a leak in the toilet but maintenance came and fixed the issue. My biggest complaint is that the pool isn’t heated but overall I think it’s a great complex and people keep to themselves, no issues with loud neighbors. Any complex you live at obviously will have its issues here and there, but the management at the front office has been nice and welcoming even with renewing our lease, on the contrary to what prior reviews state."

"I have been living at Palms for 3 years, and I would say it has been an amazing experience from day one. The events organized by the community are a major highlight. The events are well-organized and create a welcoming atmosphere for all residents. The leasing office has played a significant role in making my stay enjoyable. The staff is not only professional and responsive but also genuinely friendly and approachable. Any concerns or inquiries are addressed promptly, and they go above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and heard. Moreover, the apartment itself is well-maintained and clean. I would highly recommend Palms to anyone looking for more than just a place to live. It's a community where you can truly feel at home, surrounded by great people and a fantastic leasing team.
