"I've tried more tines then I can count trying to set up our next appointment but they put me on hold for 30 minutes then hang up on me. When I leave a message they don't call back and they do not respond to online scheduling. The worst service I've ever received in healthcare."
"I love General Pediatrics. All of my kids have been going there for about 4 years - sometimes it’s a little frustrating because it is a learning hospital & you can be there longer then you expect, also sometimes the MA’s/front office staff aren’t as compassionate as the doctors but the doctors are amazing & very knowledgeable!"
"I’ve tried all YEAR to get a same day sick visit for my child. They are always full. Not one single time has my son been able to be seen. Urgent care opens too late and no one wants an emergency room bill for something that can be treated with the pcp. I live in the west valley. Going to mesa and Gilbert aren’t options. This location needs to get it together. He’s getting a new pcp this year, because the care and availability at this location in unacceptable. Don’t ever bring your children here."
"Please note: 1) Your child cannot be "sick" for the new patient visit. Any "COVID" symptom such as a runny nose or cough will have them send you away without care. With my baby being in childcare I don't know if there will ever be a time when he won't have a runny nose, etc. 2) Per the CDC guidelines, "Stay home for 5 days and isolate from others in your home. Wear a well-fitting mask if you must be around others in your home." I met and exceeded these CDC guidelines. **Per PCH you must quarantine for *10* days.** 3) Know that this office reserves morning appointments for healthy patients and afternoon appointments for sick patients. I absolutely was not informed of this prior to the appointment. Even if you're child is 1000% healthy except for a cough that has been lingering around for 3 weeks...you'll be sent away from a morning appointment without receiving medical care. The medical team that we met with today remained professional as they shared with us this data and gave us the boot. Thus, my 3 star review. Not having been given this information earlier and thus wasting our time merits 0 stars."
"I used to love PCH when had an office in Avondale and before opened that west phx office. I could always get my child in and now everytime I call I'm on hold forever and never any appts. for sick child visit. Always days away for appt. Ever since west valley closed, main campus way too busy."
