"Getto and not a nice area to live. People getting shot left and right there and lots of deaths in that apartment complex. Stay way. Poor management that doesn’t care about the residents they don’t fix anything they will leave you living in mold stay away"

"People are great but the apartments have roaches you just can't completely get rid of. Balcony's on the upper levels are tilting and everything needs updated. Maintenance takes forever probably because there's so much that needs done everywhere, I can only imagine the list. Office staff is great, just need whoever is responsible for the buildings to start investing in them or taste them down and start over. They're going to end up unsuitable for living in."

"I enjoy living here, management has been very friendly and professional with me. Kim handles her business and Candee is very sweet. The complex has a good pool and some soda machines. I have no complaints."

"I'm going on my second week living here. I was definitely surprised once I received my keys for my apartment. I love the layout of the the master bedroom. (There were no units available to view when I filled out an application.) Move in was smooth and done before I was told it would be done. The lady in the front office made concessions for me to do my move in, which I appreciate. I'm downstairs which I like. My only complaint about that is my neighbor doesn't seem to notice they are upstairs but that's not a knock on the complex. I couldn't give 5 stars due to the roach problem. I had to buy roach motels to battle them. Otherwise, I'm happy so far of the area that my children and I are in. Update: This roach infestation is unreal. The apartment looks nice but these bugs make living here really uncomfortable. I've requested to have pet control come out to spray once before and supposedly they have. It seemed as though it had worked for a couple of days then the roaches returned. I hate waking up in the morning and seeing roaches scatter. I make it a point to make sure that my kitchen is clean. I've even moved the fridge and the stove to make sure there was no food dropped behind them to cut down on their food source. There are cracks in the walls where they run to when I am spraying raid. I've put roach motels all over my apartment but even those haven't seemed to make an impact. Going to do some research on how to FINALLY RID MY APARTMENT F THESE PESTS. Also, I hate to walk around and see that residents just through their trash on the ground when the dumpster is just a few feet away. The maintenance men that were here when I first moved in quit due to this reason, I'm sure. The new maintenance men take forever and a day to get my work orders done. I've had to put in work orders multiple times on the same items. I had to complain to my housing subsidy in order to finally get the office to get SOME OF THESE ITEMS FIXED...for example, mold in bathrooms and in window seals."

"A big 3 bedroom apartment for $200-300 less than everywhere else? Well, you get what you pay for. Most of the residents have rent control or subsidized housing. It's noticeable on day 1. Don't expect neighbors to be friendly or quiet. Keep to yourself and try to ignore all the trash. Maintenance cleans it regularly but its always present. Lots of unsupervised and unruly kids. Don't let your kids out without supervision. I mean the ones over age 6 or 7. Two boys told me they have been beaten up. One kid age 8 lives in the projects across the way. He has to avoid the kids from Vineyard when they wander over. Live on the top floor because it's quieter. I've seen some broken windows in bottom floor apartments. Like I said, unsupervised and bored teens. Laundry is cheap and open all day. You have to load a laundry card M-F during office hours before 5 pm. So you can't load that card on weekends. Office also isn't open on weekends at all. Overall, it's liveable and cheap. I just keep to myself and don't socialize with neighbors. Not my preference but I needed a cheap place to live, not friends."
