Enjoyed it here a few years ago I lived here and it was beautiful, quiet and round.The corner was a nice shopping center and everything.You know they had their Walmart and everything like the neighborhood was pretty quiet. I had no complaints no issues during summertime. I think you get like you. Gotta make sure you're up on your bug. Overall, the price is we're good at a washer and dryer. Two bedroom, half bath room good space I just had my daughter back then Her room was definitely set up And our view when I would look out my window the pool was right there. Looks so beautiful at night.A nice patio. It was quiet, it wasn't loud like that.The neighbors were really good and cool. Didn't have any type of nosy neighbor type stuff.The area was pretty cool. I give it a five star rating."

"Hello this is the tenant at 237 I want to say that JR in maintenence is a privilege to have. He's a people person and he's extremely efficient at his job tasks! Shout out to him, he's awesome! That is all, I just wanted to give him his flowers because he deserves it."

"They promise you a quote and upcharge you by the time you move in, they force you to pay vallet trash but never gets picked up, they had piss yellow cabinets, and walls when moving in, apartment was not cleaned at all , even though when signing lease they said all new cabinets and utilities but that was a lie, infested with roaches, office makes up lies everytime you bring anything up. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! UPDATE!!!::: AFTER 3 WEEKS OF BEING THERE THEY ADMITTED THEY NEVER PUT ANYTHING NEW IN THESE APARTMENTS SO NEWLY RENOVATION SIGN THEY PLACE UP IS A LIE!!! They also asked us to take post down so the new reviews they must of asked residents to put nice reviews up for a rent discount so shaddy."

"Fine apartment. Office staff, simply doesn’t do their job. You can message once a day for an entire week without reply. Not to mention their “lunch hour” that always happens to run long EVERY SINGLE DAY. That being said the men on the maintenance the team are troopers. If I was rating this place on them, it’d be 5 stars… none the less, this place has been hell to deal with and I do not recommend renting from here with the current management."

"I been living here almost a year and i love it here. The staff here are great and always helpful. The maintenance guys are professionals they are aways getting the job and keeping the complex clean. I really love the events they have for the residents. They are always great and my kids love them ."
