"0 stars. All Fake reviews. NO SECURITY even tho they will claim they do, never been seen. Or able to contact them after years. At this point most likely offering gift cards for reviews at this point. They Care more about weekly “food trucks” for posts than their loyal residents. They “can’t tell people how to parent their kids” even if the kids are running in parking lots in motorcycles, sodas being thrown around from high stairs and trash all over the property. Bottles, beer cans. Sodas, trash bags. Management avoids the back buildings clearly. get ready for people in cars sleeping. Theft, mold everywhere. People have been killed here if you look into it. Have seen it all here apartment being remodeled after every move out but if you stay here for a while don’t expect a single thing, or a request to be done timely. Management switches every few months it seems like, so don’t expect a thorough connection. People pay rent to make their own rules and chaos, if you plan to live peaceful, keep looking"
"Love the community apartments are how they look online no difference! Staff was a great help! Especially Christina! She was awesome super friendly kind caring and extremely helpful and patient to answer all my questions! She took time out to make sure I understand and showed me different options to see what would fit me best! Thank you so much Christina!"
"Normally, I would be giving Indigo Creek a 3 star review. I've enjoyed living here the past 3 years. The maintenance is responsive when it comes to fixing regular issues like plumbing, malfunctioning appliances, they clean the pool regularly, landscaping is done weekly, notices are sent out when there are issues across the community. But I cannot give more than a 1 star review for their poor response to a consistently leaking roof. Over the past year the ceiling in my bedroom has begun leaking. Repeatedly. Maintenance has come to fix it with a plaster patch job that the water breaks through every time. I have brought the concerns of it being concerningly close to an electrical outlet to the office staff a few times but have been told consistently by several staff that "it's a 30 year old building", which has made me feel like they have no interest in addressing the structural issue causing the leak. I was also told by a member of the leasing staff that they wait until the rain has passed (even if it is a few weeks) to call contractors so all leaking apartments could be fixed at once. Sleeping the past few weeks has been difficult due to the dripping. My furniture has been water damaged. The carpet is soaked. I've even noticed the presence of what looks like mold in the ceiling. When I came in to the leasing office a few weeks ago to ask why my maintenance request made on 1/11/24 was marked as completed when nobody came to inspect or fix the leak, they said they would be dispatching a contractor around late February to fix the issue. The response to this issue makes me feel like they don't respect my living space as a tenant and is frankly, extremely disappointing."
"I have lived at Indigo Creek Apartments for 5+ years. I just want to take a moment to acknowledge the wonderful maintenance and office staff. The maintenance staff, Austin, Chris and Mathew are the best. They are professional and responsive. Whenever I have an issue they go above and beyond. Christina, of the office staff is courteous, very caring and sometimes seems to singlehandedly run the leasing office. She too has been a savior always ready to go the extra mile for her tenants. I truly applaud the entire team for a job well done. P.S. Don't forget, please be a good community neighbor and scoop your pet's poop."
"Absolutely wonderful leasing experience. Everyone in the office was very nice & Paige was downright amazing!! Listened carefully to all my questions & was extremely helpful & responsive throughout the entire process! Super accommodating, friendly, patient. 10/10 would recommend. The property is beautiful as is my apartment. & the attentiveness of the office staff is the icing on the cake!"
