"I swear this office never keeps appointment times I pulled my child out of school for an appointment at 1015 and here we are still waiting at 1040 why schedule appointments if you are never on time calling patients back for them? It’s so frustrating when I have my son waiting to return to school and the longest time we spend here is in the waiting room. Tiniest lobby ever with limited seating, never have anything playing on tv, staff is very unhelpful when asking any questions and the overall feel is just dirty and cheap! Won't be coming back after this appointment, if it ever happens, will be searching for another pediatrician to take my kids to it’s always like this and nothing will change. Since I got here at 10:09 three other people have gone back before us which was fine but if the appointment is at 10:15 we should be seen no later than 10:20 or so. I understand appointments can run over but this is ridiculous"
