"Property is well maintained and had a great lease. Staff are pretty helpful and I never really had any issues. We considered renewing another year but they tried to renew our lease higher then an advertised amount on the website so that is the only reason for the 4 star. Neighbors were nice !"

"Torie and Divyne are Amazing ppls they greet me with open arms they guide me through the whole process helps me move in. Recently I had 2 maintenances done which was not having any hot water. Torie sent the guys over to my apt fast especially Divyne as well,they are down to earth Zac is cool person too. They managed to replaced me with another machine and I was so pleased and happy we have hot water running. I recently moved in three weeks ago so far so good, good community around here nice ppls too."

"Absolutely terrible experience. So glad we ended up NOT moving here. From the beginning of the process, Tori and the rest of the office are extremely uncommunicative, unfriendly, and couldn’t be more unwilling to help. They informed us that if we change our mind on our application, it will be refunded at any time. They forced us into applying and after seeing all of their bad reviews and they’re insane pet policy we declined and now they are refusing to give me my $265 back. Absolutely terrible experience go anywhere else. I ALSO HEARD FIRST HAND FROM A RESIDENT THEY GIVE DISCOUNTS FOR RENT BASED ON POSITIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS."

"I have loved Sanoma Ridge. Kelli runs this place smoothly. I have always felt comfortable talking to the office ladies and they have helped me with what I have needed in a timely manner every time. The gym is big and well kept. Maintenance is awesome since they just revamped some great guys. The apartments facing the road are noisier at night, and we hear planes roaring often. All personal preferences, but I wanted to mention that for anyone with light sleepers. Parking has never been an issue. The place is clean, the people are kind or keep to themselves. Really I would have to nitpick to find anything wrong. The apartments are 5/5. The personal exit to the 101 makes gives an added bonus. I will miss that. I will update with my move out experience."
