I went in to tour and was welcomed warmly by Madeline who made the process very easy & she showed me a couple of options & was very patient. I did decide to move in and the process was so easy! After living here for about 10 days I had a slight problem & spoke with Madeline who handled right away & again Jeremy who called to make sure I knew my small concern was being handled. I’m very pleased & will update in a few months as well. I’m sure all will be amazing!"

"I have had the worst experience with the office staff and maintenance. I have been here 8 months. In the very beginning I was very happy. Sometime between when I moved in til now everything has changed. And I believe it’s all new management. I won’t get into the other issues I’ve had in the previous were things were ignored and I wasn’t taken care of but I will discuss my current issue. I put in a maintenance request for my broken dryer on 2/15/2024. I called the following week because I have not heard from anyone. Because my issue wasn’t resolved the property manager Liz got involved. She promised and the maintenance team that my dryer would be fixed by 2/22. I called a week after that when I haven’t heard anything and I spoke with Madeline. She informed me that there were no notes left by maintenance but that a part was ordered. At this point I have gone 2 weeks without washing my clothes. Because they couldn’t get the part for my dryer in time, they gave me a dryer from a different unit to use. A broken dryer. That had residue buildup all inside the dryer drum and hair all inside. How disgusting is this. I have called the office multiple times and no one answers. The lucky 2 times I have, the guy can never answer my questions. The property manager has given my her personal work email for any issues and she has not responded. We are now a month in and my dryer is still not fixed and they expect me to use a crusty dryer from some random unit. When I spoke with Jarmon, he won’t answer none of my questions. I asked to speak to who’s in charge and he redirects my questions. He won’t tell me who’s in charge. This is the worst experience I have had. There is dog crap all over the complex. Broken lights all around the buildings. It does not feel safe at night. The complex is very sketchy. The staff is very rude and incompetent. Jeremy is the worse. Very sassy and quick with an attitude. DO NOT RENT HERE. There is nothing luxury about this complex."

"When I first moved in, the management team here was stellar – helpful and professional. Less than a year in, things started to change, and not for the better. In my last few months at Zone Luxe, I endured three weeks without heat or hot water in my apartment. When I reported the issue, they claimed the maintenance team found everything perfect and suggested I call Southwest Gas. Turns out, Zone Luxe wasn't honest; corroded pipes were the real problem. The new/current management team lacks care, professionalism and responsiveness. Recently, they booted me from the apartment access app without notice, leaving me locked out for a night, forced to get a hotel and incur extra expenses – all while still paying rent. When I brought it up, they showed no accountability or apologies, simply stating my apartment was marked as vacant. Parking issues persist, with my assigned spot frequently taken, leading to my car being towed. The mandatory valet trash service is inconsistent, and the fluctuating rent adds to the frustration. It's not surprising that two management teams in the last year are facing legal action from the attorney general. There's nothing luxurious about this place – save your money and sanity, look elsewhere. My biggest regret is recommending my family, who are now trying to break their lease."
