"A very comfortable little condo professionally managed by Kimber. She is a super host, caring and responsive. The unit is furnished comfortably and efficiently but with older furniture and appliances. But everything works and Kimber is always available by Phone or email. Direction and check in instructions are excellent and simply outlined. Gate and door codes work without a hitch. Clubhouse and mailbox entry keys and cards also. Nice little gym, large swimming pool, tennis courts, billiards and table tennis at the club house as well as a library. Very quiet and lovely setting in the Catalina foot hills within 30 minutes of Davis Monthan AFB and the airport and 20 minutes to downtown and the University. Our only suggestion would be to have a sun umbrella for the balcony table . The view of the mountains from there is fantastic."

"So for the people who say "we rented a place here" and gave a review based on that - these are individually owned condos. Their experience has nothing to do with the association. If you're looking for a great pool, hot tub, community room and well kept grounds, they do a great job. As an on owner they do a great job. If you are looking for a VRBO or an AirBnB pay attention to the individual unit and reviews. But we LOVE Ventana Vista!"

"Very close to Sabino Canyon. Also close to other attractions and great restaurants. Residents at the condos are very friendly and some invited us in for happy hour. Nice pool and pickle ball courts."

"We rented Condo 1183 for 5 months beginning in Nov of 2015. What seemed like a good choice turned out to be less than desirable. We found holes in the floor, stains on the curtains, cookware that flaked off in your food when you used it. Just to name a few things. We ended up going out for dinner most days because of the pots and pans. We bought an air filter to take out the dust and allergens that were part of dusty/ageing curtains and bed spreads. The two T.V.'s in the condo worked poorly and the small one in the bedroom(12-14 inch screen) we just unplugged and replaced with one of our own., While the Condo itself was a beg disappointment, the complex with pool and spa, the grounds themselves, and the people there were great. I would go to Ventana Vista again just stay away from unit 1183 until repaired."
