"Our condo was #7240 at Canyon View in the Ventana Canyon area. Unfortunately, it was in need of a good cleaning. We were greeted our first morning to dirty dishes in the cupboards; didn't really want to spend vacation doing someone else's dishes. There was also a broken lampshade, and a hole in the wall in the kitchen! Don't try using the fireplace - there is no reason to expect it is safe. (Our Solterra agent just said no one uses it anyway.) Also, there's no recycling in the complex, despite information to the contrary in the welcome packet. The whole place was a little shabby, and at $1000//week, we expected more."
