"EDIT: everything in this review, i take back 100%. they got rid of erica, which doesnt surprise me, they do that all the time. Then they tell us two days before rent is due that they are changing management companies. I can’t pay my rent and i can’t get whole of the office at all. My rent will be paid late because the office did a poor job of letting residents know in a timely matter, and if i’m hit with late fees, I WILL NOT PAY THEM!!!! I will pay my rent online when i get the instructions i was supposed to get days ago. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! AND STOP GETTING RID OF GOOD MANAGERS!!! When it comes to responsiveness and professionalism, the new apartment manager, Erica, (sorry if I misspelled) is on top of everything. I had a question and she wasn't in the office but I still got a reply within an hour. I am so pleased with how easy it is to get things done with her. Previous managers for this complex were just a huge joke, but she is helpful, kind, responsive, understanding and respectful. To MEB- Please keep her at our complex!!!! Thank you (:"

"There is some garbage around parking lot and around trash cans. The management needs to clean these up regularly. More trashy it looks, more trashy it gets."

"I lived here from 04142020 it was equinox than men bought it my ac broke one week before moving out management never fixed i waited almost five days without a portable ac having 4children in the house move out on April 282023 my deposit check mailed out may 14 still today's day is lost they can not find it this is crazy worst management I ever came across I studied property management and. That is not the way you do it this is why is not beneficial getting a real estate license in Arizona and going straight to the field it is always best to be well trained and have that experience as a student like me I will not do this job until I'm fully prepared that way I will avoid situations like this"

"New manager is standoffish and rude. Maintenance is very slow, if it gets addressed at all (4 mos later and I still don’t have a single working screen). They add a LOT of fees to your rent on the back end, and any amenities “included” in your rent are actually just extra charges. Do not recommend"
