"I've been a resident at Winterhaven Apartments with Robson Associates since 2015, and have always received prompt, professional, and friendly assistance from the management - namely, Nick and Caitlin. They are on top of things, and respond quickly to any issues that arise. Most recently, the A/C (best I've experienced in AZ) went out and within 12 hours of submitting the work order I had a portable A/C unit installed and the repairs were completed within 48 hours. The wait was for a part ordered in. The complex is small (24(?) units) and quiet, and while it has changed over time due to turnover of residents; there are a bunch of longtime residents who are neighborly and respectful of others' property and space. I'll never live in a large complex again."

"This company is $hit. I moved out early and had 3 months left on the lease. I paid for 2 months so far, not living there and decided at that point I would continue to pay the last month since they hadn't found someone to take over the lease. On the last day of 2nd month. Nick let's me know that they found a new tenant and I no longer had to pay the rent. But he neglected to tell me that he would use my security deposit to give the new tenant and discount of rent. Please be careful using this company."

They are clear with their expectations and truly care for your best interest. Maintenance was always a breeze. Highly recommend this company, especially if you are new to Tucson like I was.
