"First off I would want to say that some of these comments are bs. The Manager here is absolutely amazing , very professional and friendly. Not once have I ever had an issue with the staff around here. Second, the apartment complex is always clean and I always see maintenance cleaning daily. I’m very happy with my decision in moving into my apartment. I have a great view of A mountain. And to be honest it’s a very quiet area for it being close to downtown. I have no complaints about anyone of my neighbors. I added a few pics to get an idea of what they look like, because that’s one thing I wish someone had posted was pictures. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath."
"Manager makes this place unlivable, she's a bully in simple words. Harassing other family members for visiting family. She never takes responsibility , it's always someone else's fault. She lies and if you confront her lies she will harass you until you want to move. The apartments are nice but management treats it like everyone is her prisoners."
".very good place to rent for low income, its brand new apt good location"
"Management is strict but on top of the overall health of the complex. Maintenance is diligent. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. The rainbow office is great for low income families looking for help to advance in their education/careers. We tend to get an abundant amount of notices for stuff I’ve never had to do in my previous years of renting (ex: consent to view electric usage or charged randomly for exterior door cleaning etc.). There is an online portal to pay your rent BUT it is a $10 service fee for any and all transactions. That is extremely high especially during COVID and in a low-income housing complex. Let’s just say, I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs that I could probably write a novel about BUT it has gotten much better with equal communication and respect. If you plan to rent here just don’t come with any nonsense or thinking you can violate even the simplest rules or you will be held accountable! Communicate with office staff and you’ll get along much easier when issues do happen."
"Wow. I was so excited for my sister to get in this place. After waiting for months she finally got through all of the b.s., only to be repeatedly harassed and intimidated. They post a notice every other day, saying that someone will be entering the apartment. They never come during the time they say they will, and just unlock the door and walk in any time they feel like it. The apartments are really nice, but the management is invasive and disrespectful."
