"dog constantly barking, cannot believe they allow that dog to disrupt an entire neighborhood and not do anything about it. DON'T MOVE HERE, THEY HAVE AN UNCARING MANAGEMENT COMPANY WHO ONLY WANT MONEY, but people learn the hard way. Just don't move here."
"Good friend of mine just moved in pays 1000 a month in rent. Some lights won't work and his dishwasher is leaking. I feel bad that he pays so much with little response from management"
"Have lived here since 2018 and have enjoyed it. I don't mind the tiny apartment, but other people may not like the sizes. Built way back in 1984, it is not bad. Don't blame the construction on management, they did not build the place. I chose this place for reasons that suit my needs. I have some really nice neighbors, and have also had nightmare neighbors a couple years ago. You never know what you're going to get. My biggest concern is that the rent keeps going up to a point where people may end up homeless (might end up being me). This is an owner and head of the management company thing. It is not those who work in the office fault, they just work here. The owners do not understand that there are a lot of citizens in Sierra Vista that only make minimum wage or less. This small city does not have options. Where 5 years ago one could afford the rent, it is now next to impossible to make ends meet. They don't realize that raising the rent by 25 percent can ruin people. My job is not paying me anything extra. The owners think that we are Phoenix or other major cities in the US. So, my major complaint is the horrendous rent amount/increase and there is no added benefits to warrant having to pay $160 more per month. Other than this huge problem, I have enjoyed living here."
"We lived here for a year. Not even a month into living here, our shower collapsed on us: the sheet rock wall, insulation, and partnering wall was soaked and moldy. They put duct tape as a means to patch it. We spent a week in a hotel since we couldn't shower at our apartment, plus we were falling ill due to the mold. They fixed it only after we said we were going to withhold rent until it's fixed. We got a registered and prescribed service dog a few months into our lease. She was perfectly behaved as a service dog should be, but all these other people's dogs would charge our dog (off leash), bite at her, and try to attack her. When this is mentioned to the leasing office, they say it is not their responsibility to control dogs in their common areas and we need to contact the police, otherwise we just need to deal with it. There were not enough covered parking spots and they were first come first serve. This led to the absurd result of people using up multiple covered spots to store motorcycles and other non-daily use vehicles. It was honestly unfair and a sign of poor management. Our A/C broke many times through the hot summer but they couldn't figure it out until we researched common problems and told them what we thought was wrong. We spent weeks in over 100° heat with no A/C at all. And paying for "amenities" was a joke. The pool and spa were closed most of the time we were there, with maintenance claiming even they had no idea why the amenities were closed. Coincidentally, these closings would occur on holidays and span over weekends too. Office staff were rude and just didn't want to listen to our complaints. If we had a problem with other neighbors that we couldn't resolve by speaking to that neighbor, we would approach management and their go-to mantra was "call the cops". Take care of YOUR property if you want people to pay so much for NOTHING."
