"Stay away, Drug Dealers and Addits all over complex, and Management condones it.. Renters don't take care about their dogs, they leave them outside to bark and deficate on their patios. I had to see and smell this everyday as came and left my apartment(See Pic). Homeless people use and sleep in laundry room. Patios have root and mold, was afraid I was gonna fall through if I stepped outside. GFi power outlets in bathroom and kitchen painted over. Management waited till move-in to wash carpets, set me back 2 days, and didn't clean apartment, and said they did. Stay Away"

"I have lived here a little over a year and I really enjoy the whole ambiance of the establishment. The grounds are immaculately groomed every week; you feel like you're at a resort. People are friendly and mostly keep to themselves which I like; no nosy & annoying neighbors. Being in my late 40's I personally appreciate a quiet place to live. Not a lot of kids or young adults. We have a nice view of the mountain so every morning I get blessed with this picturesque scene right from my living room. Air conditioning works beautifully, maintenance will come to you when ever you need them. My sink flooded like the second day living here and it was a Saturday. Called them, they came in 30 minutes. I was so impressed. They have doggie trash cans scattered all through out the grounds & offer the bags which is so kind of them. Katrina, the manager, is really nice & the maintenance staff are as well."

"We have lived here for 4 months now and we love it here. The grounds, pool, laundry are nice and clean. Katrina the manager and her office help are very helpful. The maintenance crew is fantastic. Every time we have needed something fixed, Katrina, gets maintenance right on it. We have never had to wait longer than 24 hours for the problem to get fixed. We love the grounds, it is beautiful here!!! Our neighbors are great, no problems so far. Nice and quiet here!!!"

"This place is as nasty as it gets. Roach infested no matter how many times they spray. Laundry room is very dirty and not maintained (those are cigarettes in the dryer). Management and maintenance are rude. I wouldn't live here if someone paid me to. Smells like someone or something died in my room because of my neighbor and they claimed they couldn't do anything about it. The place was dirty before I moved in and a broken cabinet. My room hasn't been updated since the 80s and no amount of cleaning would make it clean anyways."
