"There is never management on site. The complex is riddled with children’s toys. The upper walkway reminds someone of a prison yard. Very, very small dog walking area. Community charges for utilities, when utilities are separate (water and trash are included). The remodeling work is mediocre at best. Parking is first come first serve with barely enough room to back out of your spot, if you get one. I would, at the very least, condemn this complex."
