"From: Your OLD longtime tenants in 636-B. A GREAT and VERY COMFORTABLE LIVING! My husband and I, had lived here since 2007- 2015. It was very sad to leave this place. But,had to move on with our lives. We LOVED it and we LOVED the Landlord's Mr. Ed & Ms. Debbie. The area was always maintained ,very clean apartments,2 covered carports, nice, quite, close to everything for us, etc. Also ,when needing something from the Landlord's.They are both very accommodating. Great time's and memories to treasure forever in our hearts! Thank you very much for taking GOOD care of your tenants! Love, hug,misses and prayers ,The Santos'"
"A nice couple manages the units. Less than a mile away from Ft huachuca gate. 3 good sized bedrooms and two baths. Two car port parking spots close to entrance of each condo are included. Units have hookups for full sized washer and dryer. Quiet area, clean & no bugs. Open concept kitchen, breakfast area and living room. Rent is all inclusive no extra fees. Best of all no neighbors above and no stairs to climb. Appliances are like new, not old/dirty."
