"I recently moved here. I have had some issues with my neighbor harassing me when I step out of my place with my dog. I got a video and everything and sent it over to the manager. They have been involved since it first happened and so far I been left alone. Thanks to them handling the issue. Also I had a family emergency and I had to pay my rent late and we managed to workout a plan. They are willing to work with you unlike most places."

"I have been living here for almost 6 months and and me and my husband love it here. Jenny and Rebecca are awesome. If you have trouble paying your rent they are willing to work with you. It's a great place to live. They have a dog run where your pets can run and my dog Kiara loves running around. And the move in is a special for six months. There is a circle K right across the street so if you need something to drink or snacks."

"My family and I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and can honestly say we love it here. The layouts are very spacious, actually make sense, and are affordable. It's incredibly quiet, you can barley tell you have neighbors. ALL of the staff is so friendly. Maintenance will come fix things in the middle of the night if it's an emergency.... And they're honestly not upset or rude about it. The online portal this company uses makes everything from paying rent, putting in maintenance requests, to signing your lease incredibly easy. I see posts about cops in the area all the time? I have seen the police TWICE. How is that in any of the property managements control? They have security cameras on every building. Locked enterances to the pools, laundry, everything. There are cameras IN the laundry room. So all in all we love it here. Recently Sarah the leasing coordinator left... Which left me feeling pretty nervous. Immediately after expressing that concern I was contacted by the company addressing it. Fortunately I ended that call feeling confident things will be ran and continue to go on the way they always have. Honestly, if you want a family friendly apartment, (pool, park, gym, onsite laundry, dog run), affordable living, and amazing management. I'd look here!!"

"Maintenance is great here, Never had them not come same day unless planned. Most the time they come immediately. Staff makes you feel at home and are laid back with the renters, they have worked with us several times. Recently the apartment next store had a "shooting" well.....the a man's car had a shooting. Nobody was injured. Cops regularly patrol the area and do so even more now. That was the loudest its been in years. The community is active so It's a nice, cozy, quite community or a place to kick it with neighbors and make friends. After all, life is what you make it."
