"New Review: Sorry I have to reduce the stars. In short : the apartment wants to make money without providing services to the tenants. I was happy living here, but after the new company took over the management they increased the rent and reduced the services. For example, now they do not provide after hours lockout service. Even during office hours they will charge $40 for lockout which is nothing but ripping you off. In the new lease, they changed the lease breaking fee to a unreasonably high amount. The drive way is the worst in the Tucson and have been in this condition for years without any repair. Past Review: Have been living here for years and the place feels like home. Quiet and considerable neighbors. Property manager is super active though sometimes sounds rude. But she take care any issues immediately. Ruddy, the property maintainer, is very nice and helpful guy. Highly recommend."

"Lived there for about 6 months. The place is nice, rent was cheap, utilities included, but the Mgr Tammy is a real piece of work. She's lovely at first, but hopefully you'll never get to know her."

"The place isn't much to look at from the outside, but I've been here for nearly 3 years now, and I love my apartment. It's much more quiet than I thought it would be, and I haven't had any issues at all. The pool is a little on the small side, but is never overly crowded. The grounds are well taken care of, and I absolutely love the huge eucalyptus tree. Nothing like the sound of the wind blowing through it."

"Cool calm and serene place. It is a huge apartment complex. This place is situated at a close proximity from different super shops. This apartment complex also has a swimming pool. It also has arrangement for barbeque. In addition it has laundry facility too. And huge parking space for the tenants."
