"Don't move here if you have children!! Homeless and drug issues. Every night there are sirens or police at the complex. No where for kids to play, some residents are sketchy too. New manager is rude & will treat you poorly. WATER IS CONSTANTLY BEING SHUT OFF EVERYDAY WITHOUT NOTICE! Took them 2 almost 3 years to put in a new dishwasher & stove, the old ones were 30+ years old & the stove caught fire once & it STILL took them over a year to replace it. Your vehicle will probably be either be broken into or damaged. People steal from your yards if you are on the ground floor. Shoot even if you're on the second floor they steal packages. Not to mention how there is no central air or heating. It's an outdated boiler system where they switch it from heat in the winter to chill in the summer! No in between good air quality. Oh & the laundry room is a horrible joke, the washers barely work! There is water damage in the ceiling & walls of our bedroom. At least the last manager was accommodating. The only good thing they have done lately is hire a good maintenance man, but even now he has went from kind to kind of sour. My family has UNFORTUNATELY lived here for almost 5 years & we are completely fed up & sick of the atrocity that is the Santuario apartments. Thankfully we are moving. Oh also we pay $1280 when they are listing 2bd 2baths as $1040! Don't fall for it. Stay away if you can help it!"

"This is my first apartment and i love it. Its super spacious with all utilities included and a sparkly pool. Neighbors are super friendly and super helpful as well. The neighborhood is really quiet as well."
