"Pretty nice apartment. It is quiet here most of the time. It is close to a lot of eatery's and Whole foods is right down the street which is awesome. I just got my kitchen sink fixed and the maintenance man did a terrific job. It functions very well. So I have no problems living here. It is nice"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Terrible place to live. My son moved there 6 months ago for school, the leasing lost our leasing files and charged us several unexpected/unnecessary fees that they couldn't tell uswhat they were for. The apartment was left the way we found it when we moved out but they made up a bunch of charges and stole our money. I filed a complaint on Better Business bureau and will continue to fight rhe charges."

"I used to live in these in 2007 which they had furnished units, a nice property, and the utilities were a flat rate but now...they charge whatever they want for utilities and my thermostat stays at 74 and I've told the office and no repair yet. My bathroom ceiling has fallen in and it's day two and it's not fixed. The bug problem is insane. A heroine addict loves the 2nd floor laundry room they need real security. Needles on the property from addicts which some are tenants. My refrigerator and stove didn't even work when I moved in. What happened to this property? I better get compensated for not being able to shower safely or comfortable. I paid 1580.00 to move into these which was not cheap and still no repair for an emergency I am contacting BBB."
