"I have a family member who lives there .the place is beautiful inside but upon her moving in the first day .of course your going to have ppl in and out cuz your moving your stuff in well the landlord wants to complain about her having ppl in and out well that's to be expected moving in .well since than no she doesn't have ppl come over or have ppl run in and out . Well landlord told them that they can't have ppl over or if she wanted to have a Lil get together to have them off the property don't have them come to the apartment?!! Like what ? What the he'll do u pay rent for ? She doesn't party anyway but just to have a friend over she will get in trouble. There's someone there that lives there that be lying and telling landlord false information. Other than that the place of quiet. And they don't look too good from the outside but inside they are amazing ... they love it there . Kinda pricey but it's beautiful."

"I’m currently renting unit 6 here at this complex. Currently living with no running gas or heat in this unit. Amongst not just those 2 thing being wrong my sink in the kitchen is not connected to the wall my childrens room has a roof that need to be patch and was told upon move in it would be done. The back patio roof is going to fall down soon because repairs haven’t been made to the building in idk how long. Fast forward to all these issues being addressed with the owner of the property still nothing has been done to the unit it’s self. I am currently going on 3 months with no heat because of failed gas line inspection upon code enforcement being out to this complex the owner has taken it upon her self to stated “we have no need for heat in the unit it’s self” and now we find our selfs trying to find new housing at 1,100.00 this place definitely isn’t worth it. She has denied giving the deposit back even tho she wants to break the lease instead of fixing our heating problem. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER COMPLEX TO LIVE AT ONE Tenet here has lived 9 years with no gas bcuz she has refused to fix anything here. She takes advantage of her rental property and we now will have to go through souther Arizona legal aid to get our money back."

"the tenant in 4a has mushrooms growing up through his living room floow, everytime the next door neighbor flushed their tolet it floods his appt, mold is growing up the walls, its been like this for years, hes mentally ill, feel sorry for him, another appt had 5 adults in a single bedroom, toilet became clogged, so they just used the bathtub, for 6 months!!! imagine the inside of that place, manager tried having his co-worker to clean out the poo and reinstall, you have been warned."

"Do not rent here. Poor maintenance, horrific living conditions once the poorly maintained apartments start deteriorating. With management not caring until they try to screw you over. Will be reporting to the health department."

"Owners do not respond to maintenance issues. Pool is disgusting and hasn't been clean for over a year. They raise rent on folks when they can't evict them, highest I've seen was by over 30%. Cooler system barely works during hottest part of summer. When asked to fix it, was told that's just how the units are. It's over 95 degrees in the apartment during the day. Don't EVER rent from these people. The old man and the old lady are total slumlords"
