"Got denied when applying. Was supposed to receive the $200 administrative fee back to me and haven’t received no check in mail or reversed payment back. Had emailed multiple times and no response. I applied in September it’s now February. Keep that in mind."

"Leticia sent pictures of a beautiful apartment for my son and I to move into. The day before we moved in she said they they did not get both my bathroom showers and walls resurfaced but they would do it on Tuesday. She said the bathroom is clean just a few scratches. We'll Friday move in day. The bathrooms were so disgusting and there was not just a few scratches, mold on shower tiles and was not cleaned. When we turned on the faucets to the bathtub and shower, black water came out. If the apartment was cleaned the housekeeper would know that there was black water coming out. I reported it to emergency maintenance and was told they would be out. No one ever came out. Later that day I called again but was told they came by but no one answered. I was there and no one came by. So then they said they will be there on Monday to check it out. I called Monday mid day because no one has come by yet. Finally they sent maintenance out, but at that time we ran the water for an hour until the water came out as it should. Monday I was told by Leticia that the resurfaces won't be coming Tuesday now it will be Wednesday. I told her ok that I would have my dogs put away. We'll today Wednesday comes and they said they can not do the job because people and pets are inside. When I talked to Leticia on Monday she said it was fine. Now Leticia said they will be coming next Wednesday. So at that point it will be two weeks that my son who has Autism and I will be having to go to another place to shower. Leticia will not give a break in the rent when she made the mistakes and my son and I are paying for it. I regret the desicion to move to this horrible place that is run by horrible people. I would never recommend this place."

"I've been living in these apartments with my boyfriend and our roommate for 3 years now and we've had a great experience here! The ladies in the office have been amazing, professional and friendly. Maintenance also does an amazing job and have been pretty good about getting repairs taken care of in a timely manner. Over all, I highly recommend this place."

"I stayed at these apartments a year ago and am still dealing with the ramifications. We handed them a letter specifically stating our move out date that was more than 60 days before our move out date. We later found out that they claimed we didn’t hand the letter in and charged us a month and a half of rent. Aside that, while living there about 15 months, we had every single appliance break. Sometimes it was fixed in a timely manner and sometimes not. Our washer was out for months before they replaced it with a stacking one but had to take remove half the counter space. The dryer vent did not go outside but blew back into our bathroom. My girlfriend had her car vandalized on 5 different occasions. The office lady, Leticia, acted like she cared but never called the police, even when her and the maintenance man saw the smashed window. Don’t move In here. I could go on with more stories but am getting anxious and frustrated thinking of the entire experience. Read these comments!!! For every bad comment taking about horrendous things there is one praising the staff and complex. I assure you they are fake."
