"Worst place ever don’t ever move here I would give zero stars if I could you can’t hang anything up on their precious balcony like a wind chime without being threatened of eviction and they constantly leave notices on the door to inspect the apartments that’s an invasion of privacy in itself no apartment I have ever lived at before did that, and we also gave them plenty of notice of moving out and they come in and check your place out not once, but twice before a move out they only have 14 days after a move out to charge for anything, but they send a letter 5 months after you move out that you owe them for a new carpet even though they used our deposit which is supposed to cover it, they’re way late on telling us we owe them anything and they’re trying to threaten us with a collection bill without even sending us another notice, seriously they have some nerve when its their fault they’re late. The landlord only has 14 days after a move out to say anything so they need to get a life, worst company ever, never again 0 stars wouldn’t recommend."

"I just moved into the apartment. I must say that Every thing is amazing here. I opened my door to my apartment to find in darn close to being perfect. We all have little things that we need done to make our house feel better each item that needed assistance is done in a Flash, office staff on Top of their game here. Maintenance Gentleman here 100% happy with my experience making my move in as. Good as it Gets. I appreciate Everyone’s help with making this possible. Property is Well maintained.Pool and spa sparkling clear water going to be Great this Summer in Tucson is hot. Laundry room has New Equipment Office in remodeling at the moment. I noticed that we have New Grills for the Apartment Community use and a sweet looking Play Ground for the kids . Pleasant surprise! No bugs that I have seen well done . Plenty of Covered parking Wired for Cable Believe I am going to Love this place!! Don"

"100% plus Dedicated helpful office ladies, they went over and beyond to do whatever needed to be done got everything accomplished in 1 day visit, the grounds are so beautifully kept up and maintained with the upmost professional maintenance guy's of pure love of there maintenance workers for the residents behalf. So nice respectful and genuine to the core. Yes yes yes all the way. They never or skipped or missed a call while helping with me in the office. I couldn't be More blessed and happy. Truly thank you."

"I lived in these apartments for a year from 2020-2021. My experience was horrible I hated living there. The people that live in the apartments are so nosey. They complain about everything. I lived upstairs I couldn’t even play music. I felt like I had to be quiet all the time because they were old and complained a lot. You can literally hear your neighbors the walls are so thin. Also they kept my deposit and charged me extra for the carpet because I had a dog. I left my apartment clean and I even shampooed the carpet. So if you have a pet, at least a dog, be ready to pay extra at least 500 when you move out. The worst living experience ever. I should of stayed at my previous apartments pavilions at pantano."
