"The old management was not very competent. However, the new management with Raphael has been good. The new staff are friendly and have been timely with work orders. The only issue I had when leaving is that are some issues with the heating and cooling. It takes a long time for the apartment to switch between AC and heater, so you might have a few unpleasant weeks without AC when temperatures start rising."
