"Landlord doesnt maintain or repair anything. Pool closed for 2 yrs. Laundry room filthy and 1 washer 1 dryer for 30 apts! Roaches, bedbugs, ants, carpet beetles, water leaks, black mold, safety issues. Run. Run for your life."

"The landlord won't fix anything at these apartments... Roaches every where. 2 neighbors told me before i moved in that they had bed bugs... Then about 2 months later i got them.. I want to move out as soon as my lease is up, like so many tenants are.. But this was the only place i could find at the time"
