"I've been living here for just over a year. I've had on going issues with my neighbor from harassing my family and friends that come to visit me at my apartment. I've addressed these concerns to the property manager and nothing has ever been done until the neighbor almost backed over my 4 year old God son and a police report was filled and now the neighbor has made threats again myself. The manger refuses to do anything until a police report is filled. This is not a safe place to live with always having to worry about harassment from abusive neighbors."

"I was a resident here back in 2015-2016. I traveled a lot! Home only 3-5 days a month. But I started to notice little things moved in my apartment, ashes on my carpet tho I don’t smoke. I installed a hidden camera and what I saw shocked me! The manager would come into my apartment being right next to the office, for lunch and to watch TV, go thru my fridge and help herself to snacks. Moreover going thru my dresser drawers and closet space. Being a single guy I know I don’t go thru a roll of TP just being home a few days a month. I was on month to month from Feb 01 when I came home July 01 and reviewed the video I called the main office but because holiday weekend never got an answer, I spent the holiday weekend moving into a storage unit and then back in the road for a few weeks. Called all the time trying to speak to someone about what I found on my video only to get you should’ve contacted us before you moved. Now a charge for a months rent, collection charges and admin fees sit on my credit report. I’ll give them 30 days from today to remove the charges or I’ll post the videos of their manager breaking and entering, burglary and theft all while representing the apt complex and it’s management companies. Social media is stronger than a criminal charge being placed before statute of limitations runs out! Thanks and make good choices!!"

"If you are looking for a new home, DEFINITELY COME CHECK OUT THESE APARTMENTS! John recently helped my family & I find our NEW home here! We are first time renters, we haven’t moved in yet, but have our move in date & application process was EXTREMELY SMOOTH. We cannot wait to actually MOVE IN next month! :) It really feels homey, with management that actually cares about their tenants and property appearance, and to top it off he was extremely nice to my son which I really appreciate! :) thank you so much!"

"I take exception to the one and two star reviews. I moved in one year ago. It's a beautiful, well kept property with a pristine pool. The interior of my apartment was very clean. The walls are painted a lovely taupe and is very pleasant. The stove is new. There were no bugs of any kind. I find it difficult to believe that one of these apartments were infested with so many different types of bugs, especially mosquitoes! That's just silly. The management has never been anything but friendly, professional and responsive. I've had a couple of maintenance issues which were very promptly addressed. My heating and cooling unit stopped working and was replaced a couple of days later. The maintenance man is friendly, competent and any problem was quickly resolved. If I had not received a renewal notice, a simple phone call or trip to the office would have done the trick. As I said, the office has always been professional and responsive. I quickly discard these types of reviews. If someone truly has an issue, the review has a much different tone. They are written without exaggeration and sarcasm. My personal experience here in the past year has been stellar."

"I have lived in this apartment for almost a year now. I cant be more excited that my lease is almost up. The new apartment manager that is here is awful, rude and unprofessional. Cant ask about anything without it feeling like you are a burden. Been waiting for information about renewing lease and still have not recieved a letter with the information. Then lied to about the letters being delivered. Magically my letter disappeared off my door when in the past i have had a number of notices about entering apartment that never disappeared. This place is a joke. Have to wait weeks and complain alot for anything to get done. So glad i will be moving out next month. These apartments are cheap yes but there is a reason they are so cheap!"
