"I have lived in this Apartment complex since 2018 and feel as if I'm not appreciated as a outstanding tenant. Work orders don't get done when said, roaches are not being taken care of, water gets shut off every week, the office staff as an attitude on them beyond compare. I'm sick of feeling like no one cares about my well being living in an apartment complex like this."

"Nothing get fixed properly. Air stats broken down, they turn the water off every week but still charge you for it. Infested with roaches no matter how often they come and spray. This place isn’t worth the price. if I could rate it a zero I would. I been here since 2018. It’s getting worse by the year and changes they make is only in the outside. Mold everywhere and they are Lazy."

"Our Property manager Leia fixed this place from a flop Property to a place that felt like home. Since her WELL DESERVED promotion. Hands down worst experience in any place I've lived. Then a few days ago. I finally got to meet the new on site Property manager. She is a regular person. Very very personable. Extremely good sense of humor. And willing to recognize some of us tenets have paid our rent on time for many many years in the same location. And some are people that shouldn't have been granted a lease. We will see how this goes. I WILL update. Promise."

Jerry is one of a kind, he's always smiling and in a good mood. He's very punctual and always goes above and beyond without hesitation. If there's ever something that needs attending to, it's good to know I can count on him."

"What a nice environment! I am in search for an apartment for my daughter and was greeted and assisted by a friendly staff! I am very detailed oriented (sometimes to a fault) and had a ton questions and "what ifs". The manager Lea (sp) was right there with a smile to answer everything! I may have driven her a bit nuts to be honest. Her professionalism is top notch! Trust me when I say I have been to at least a dozen complexes around town and I was impressed with the way she put me at ease. A big "thank you" to Lea and her staff."
