"If I could give negative stars I would. Living there will put you into depression and in a constant state of stress. I lived there for 4 years, and before I left THEY WERE SENDING OUT EMAILS SAYING IF YOU LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW YOU'LL BE ENTERED TO WIN A TV, that's what all the good reviews are from, people that just want a TV because there is nothing good about this place. In the time I lived there, there were multiple murders, shootings, kidnappings, drugs everywhere. Kids would light the roofs on fire, bust out people windows and sliding doors, people always fighting in large groups, every single garbage absolutely disgustingly overflowing. Tpd there almost every damn night so if you get off work late don't expect to be able to get in because they always have to send enough units to block absolutely everything for hours. Before they're laundry room half burned down I was sending them videos and communications with them that dryers were not stopping after the timers ran out, I reported broken down washers and dryers every week, they even left entire washers full of standing water for a week! Before they put in the new system the washers and dryer would just eat your damn money up and not Start! Over 4 years I wasted $200 on machines that didn't work but still took money. Constantly dog poop everywhere. Homeless people sleeping in the mail box areas. I swear it was stressful just walking out the damn door, just garbage everywhere, urine on sidewalks, puke even. I can't tell you how many times I had to call to have someone come out to clean up. And sometimes they never sent anyone. On top of that when we asked why they were wanting to spray so much and have us move out so they could do it we asked what they were spraying for and they said "nothing it's preventative" then we find out that they have an overwhelming problem with roaches! Thank God I got the hell out of there before it hit my apartment. Can't count of staff to be truthful or to not talk back to you over a simple problem. They have a rotation of staff, everytime I went in it was new people, you ask 3 different people the same exact question and they all give you different answers which leads to nothing ever getting taken care of. The amount of trauma this place causes its residents it's astounding and the silence on their part is deafening. You have all these people in your office and on your phone lines every damn day begging you to make this place better and address their issues and ya'll just play blind deaf and dumb. I wouldn't live here again if my life depended on it. Which it actually would because of all the shootings. This place needs to be shut down and condemned, truly an evil energy there."

"The Worst Place Ever. From Manager and Staff, to MGMT Company Scotia, they discriminate, they lie non stop, they charge for things they don't do. They did not even clean my apartment before I moved in yet charged me for it, fraudulent actions . I asked twice to see the unit and was denied and forced to sign the lease before I could see it, that's wrong because they implied I had an upgraded unit, they lied so much andi recorded it all and videoed the rest. Thank God."

"Disgusting place is always dirty garbage everywhere. Yet they will keep raising rent to the point where there are better and cheaper and safer place to live on the north side. I wouldn't live here unless you absolutely have no choice. Also, TPD is always here almost nightly for all sorts of things. Avoid at all cost. Update: roach city is this place me and my family left but before we did they were blasting all the units also, alot of people were moving out guess why? Maintenance was about the best thing here."

"I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been living in the complex for the past 14 months. I recently upgraded from a 1bed/1bath to a 3bed/2baths . I had a little bit of a delay with the transfer BUT the management team went above and beyond to make sure I did not get the raw end of the deal. So much so, that they told me not to worry about cleaning the carpets in my old apartment. I ended up getting my full deposit back. Whenever I had an issue with something breaking or not working properly, they reply to my request for service within 24 hours. All in all, I really love my apartment. It is comfortable and it fits my needs perfectly. I would totally recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a nice and affordable place!"
