"My friend lives here the new manger has been telling our kids that he will open our pool for 2-3 weeks. still nothing it takes atleast a week for clearance. new mangement trash."

"the worst place i have ever lived. my outlets leak water, my hot water heater has been broken for well over a month. management yelled at me because my kids colored on the sidewalk with chalk. my walls have black mold growing on them. the master bedroom is leaning. very rude and unprofessional. they will not fix anything. its a nightmare, don't waste your money"

"Wanted to live her as my friends mom has lived her, back when this place was under a different manager. Margret said to pick up an application from the mailbox, turned it in. Never heard from her again, ignores my calls, and is impossible to get a hold of. I even drove to the property on several occasions to try and get her in the office when I couldn't get her on the phone, like when they first open in the morning, but even then shes not avail so i guess they are not really open despite what the sign says.. Once she had an (out of office for lunch sign on the door, came back hours later sign was still up..) The other time it was during buisness hours no sign on the door, but still no manager avail. Other negative reviews seem accurate seems like the managers a ghost."
